Sterilized 100% EO

Autoclaves use 100% ethylene oxide gas as a sterilizer.

This type of autoclave uses 100% EO gas and maintains air pressure during operation, so that the gas does not leak outside and does not affect the environment.
Users can select one of five programs with sterilizing temperature, operating time and aeration time that vary depending on the equipment material to be sterilized and the sterilizing environment.
Gas filling is easy and convenient by installing a small air box containing 100% EO sealed air into the box holder, then locking the chamber door.
A cycle including air drying, gas injection, sterilization, aeration and aeration is automatically performed by the microprocessor controller. In case the diagnostic program detects an error during the process, the cycle will be automatically canceled to ensure safety, the error code will be displayed on the touch screen along with the alarm. The color LCD touch screen allows convenient sterilization operation, monitors cycle processing in real time and to control malfunctions quickly during operation.
The printer is integrated (optional) to print cycle performance records for later traceability.
